This manual has been produced to help you prepare for a successful exhibition.
It is important to ensure that you have taken all the necessary actions in accordance with the checklist by the stated deadlines in order to prevent possible delays during the build up period.

The congress exhibition is being held in the pre-function area directly outside the main lecture hall located on the ground floor of the hotel.

As our congresses grow we require details from you if you are contracting an external company to assist in any part of the build-up or breakdown of your stand. It is a requirement for you to complete this form for each external company that you use for the feline congress exhibition.

Due to the success of their 2010 pre-congress CPD, Boehringer Ingelheim are once again holidng a pre-congress symposium on Thursday 23 June, focusing on 'When inflammation and pain last longer – using NSAIDs beyond surgery.' Continuing from the huge success of the Scientific Proceedings in 2010, we are again producing the proceedings in a journal style and therefore have advertising space available. Every year during the congress we organise a raffle to help raise funds for the Feline Advisory Bureau (fab) and we would like to ask you as our sponsors and exhibitors if you would like to donate a prize.
