Registrations are up 56% for the annual International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) congress, compared to this time last year. The popularity of this, the 10th ISFM feline congress (June 23-26) may be due to the two themes, feline ophthalmology and feline respiratory disease, to the stunning Vienna location or to the friendly reputation of this event.
The ISFM conference team have now secured an extra discount on accommodation rates of € 169 for single or double occupancy rooms (€ 179 with breakfast) at the Vienna Hilton (usual rate €324), the venue for this year’s ISFM Congress. This offer is, however, only open until March 31. Discounted flights can be booked with Austrian Airlines.
The Saturday night dinner party, with this year’s theme ‘Elegance to decadence’, is to be now being sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim and will be held in one of the most exclusive and splendid buildings in Vienna, the Kursalon, a 19th century building that combines historic grandeur and Mediterranean flair.
Cost of registration for main programme for ISFM Members is £370.00/ €440.00, non-members is £430.00/ €510.00. There is a £5 discount for online registrations at www.isfm.net/congress or, alternatively, call FAB on 01747 871 872 to make your booking.
